While the car was in the shop getting painted I spent my time rebuilding the engine. I was able to use the block that was already bored to .030"over and reuse the pistons. I had the heads rebuilt with hardened seats so it could use unleaded fuel.
The valve covers were painted gold on the 1965 Mustangs of course I found that out after I bought blue paint.
